Frequently asked questions
How do I share my dietary profile with a host?
Open Picky? → Profiles → select your profile → Share → choose your preferred method (link, QR, or message). Your host will receive the details you’ve approved.
Why can’t I log in?
Verify your email, password, and internet connection. If needed, use “Forgot password.” If problems persist, contact us with your device and iOS version.
Does Picky? store my allergy information?
